Our history
PURE Funds AG was founded in 2019 to offer investors structured access to indirect real estate investments. The company's roots date back to 2016, when Carmen and Flavio Lauener founded Best Property GmbH in Zug to market exclusive homes and investment properties.
Close cooperation with clients quickly revealed a need for solutions that combine diversification, tax efficiency and liquidity. In response, PURE Funds AG was created and received its fund management licence from FINMA in May 2020.
Today, PURE has an experienced team from the areas of portfolio and asset management, transactions, legal & compliance, finance and fund structuring – developing sustainable real estate solutions with substance, vision and distinctive development expertise.
