We are expanding our sales team and are looking for you as a Client Relationship Manager. You will support our sales team and take responsibility for approaching and supporting our discerning investors. You will represent the PURE Group and acquire new investors for our real estate investments. Our investors are primarily asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, family offices, and qualified private investors.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Acquiring potential investors, conducting customer meetings, and performing representative duties
  • Structured market development and creation of investor presentations
  • Further development and maintenance of the network in the real estate industry
  • Expansion of client service and relationship management
  • Comprehensive customer support, keyword cross-selling
  • Building customer relationships; increasing customer loyalty
  • Qualitative development of customer care processes
  • Planning and implementation of sales-related projects

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of professional and industry experience in the regulated financial and banking environment, preferably in the fund and real estate sector
  • Extensive network of institutional investors, pension funds, high net worth private clients, and family offices
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to work
  • Degree in business administration or commercial training Basic training with relevant further education in finance and/or real estate or equivalent experience in the relevant field
  • Experience in financial and fund products with a focus on real estate and private debt
  • Structured approach to work, strong analytical skills, and very good understanding of financial and real estate key figures

For the position of Finance Manager, we are looking for someone who enjoys varied activities and responsible tasks in the field of finance. The establishment and expansion of the finance department offers you the opportunity to fulfill your professional potential. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Preparing periodic financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and annual reports for the holding company and subsidiaries
  • Preparing periodic financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and annual reports for a mortgage fund
  • Acting as deputy for all financial activities (including payroll accounting) of the fund management company and a real estate fund
  • Liquidity management and transaction financing
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FINMA) and assisting with audits
  • Actively assisting in the development and refinement of controlling and reporting tools (profit center accounting, budget processes, etc.) as well as internal financial processes
  • Further development of the ICS

What you bring to the table:

  • Basic training in business administration

We are continuing to expand our acquisitions and investment team as the company grows and are looking for you as an Acquisition Manager.
