PURE is a young group of companies focusing on real estate investments and related services. The group includes a FINMA-regulated fund management company with one real estate fund currently in operation and further funds under review. We administer, manage, and distribute funds, mainly focusing on residential real estate. We also purchase, develop, and sell residential construction projects on behalf of investors.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for you as a Client Relationship Manager. You will support our sales team and take responsibility for approaching and supporting our discerning investors. You will represent the PURE Group and acquire new investors for our real estate investments. Our investors are primarily asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, family offices, and qualified private investors.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Acquiring potential investors, conducting customer meetings, and performing representative duties
- Structured market development and creation of investor presentations
- Further development and maintenance of the network in the real estate industry
- Expansion of client service and relationship management
- Comprehensive customer support, keyword cross-selling
- Building customer relationships; increasing customer loyalty
- Qualitative development of customer care processes
- Planning and implementation of sales-related projects
- Implementation of new sales strategies
- Active participation in industry events and representation of the PURE Group
What you bring to the table:
- At least 5 years of professional and industry experience in the regulated financial and banking environment, preferably in the fund and real estate sector
- Extensive network of institutional investors, pension funds, high net worth private clients, and family offices
- Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to work
- Degree in business administration or commercial training Basic training with relevant further education in finance and/or real estate or equivalent experience in the relevant field
- Experience in financial and fund products with a focus on real estate and private debt
- Structured approach to work, strong analytical skills, and very good understanding of financial and real estate key figures
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Very good language skills in German and English, French an advantage
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
