The focus is on new builds, renovations and conversions in sought-after residential areas in the Zurich, Zug and Lucerne regions. Thanks to our strong local network and many years of experience, we have access to projects that are often closed to the wider market.
The club deal structure is based on project companies with 2 to 8 investors each and combines high profit potential with a high degree of transparency. PURE takes the lead in the conception, structuring and implementation of the projects – including legal, tax and technical coordination.
