This property will be converted from an office building into a retirement home in order to meet the high regional demand for senior living. Planning is to begin this year in December, whereas the project is to be realized by 2023. During this period, the fund will benefit from a rent guarantee and thus generate rental income on an ongoing basis. In addition, a significant appreciation of the property value can be expected after completion.
The train station in Biel/BE is only a few hundred meters away. By public transport, Bern can be reached in half an hour and Basel in 60 minutes.
