Our goal is to generate returns in line with the market while not ignoring the aspects of sustainability and ethics. PURE Funds AG is guided by the principle that sustainability should satisfy the needs of the present without compromising the foundations and conditions for future generations.

Targeted architectural measures at various levels increase the value of the property and its attractiveness for tenants in the long term. Consideration of environmental and social projects such as water renaturalization or support for neighbourhood associations complements and enriches social life and additionally promotes the positive perception of the properties.

We deliver on our promises

  • Reduction of CO2 emissions of the entire real estate portfolio by 2050 by using the Wüest Partner CO2 calculator
  • Each property will be assessed with the Wüest Partner's sustainability rating
  • In the case of acquisitions, a GEAK is issued for each property; prior to renovations, a GEAKplus is also issued, which serves as a basis for increasing the energy efficiency of the building.
  • Wherever possible, fossil fuels are replaced by renewable energy sources in replacement investments
  • Infrastructure for alternative forms of mobility (car sharing, electric cars, etc.) will be expanded in the medium term to meet demand
  • The fund invests in sustainable location-qualities with good connections to public transport and a comprehensive range of offers for daily needs in the immediate vicinity
  • In the medium term, standardized ESG reporting (e.g. GRESB benchmark) is sought for the fund.
