Finance Manager (f/m) 100% Fund Management Company

For the position as Finance Manager we are looking for a person who enjoys diversified activities and responsible tasks in the finance area. Your main tasks
- Preparation of periodic financial statements/annual reports of the real estate fund and the fund management company
- Responsibility for the financial accounting and financial statements of the mentioned products as well as reporting to the management and board of directors
- Management of the budget process for the real estate fund and the fund management company
- Preparation and validation of business plans
- Assistance in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FINMA) and collaboration in the annual audit process
- Active assistance in setting up and further developing controlling and reporting instruments (profit center accounting, budget processes, etc.) as well as internal financial processes
- Liquidity management and transaction financing
- Further development of the ICS
- Takeover of payroll accounting
Our expectation
- Basic education in business administration
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing or controlling
- Industry experience in real estate, fund industry, asset management or banking an advantage
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as a very good understanding of numbers
- Committed and independent work, strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate as well as
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Very good user skills in Microsoft 365/Office
- Very good written and spoken German
